Astronauts arrive at Cape for shuttle mission

STS-117: crew arrives at KSC (NASA/KSC) The members of the STS-117 shuttle mission arrived at the Kennedy Space Center late Monday in advance of Friday night's launch to the ISS. The seven-member crew flew into the space center on T-38 jets and pronounced themselves ready to fly. The countdown for the launch is scheduled to begin Tuesday night, with launch scheduled for 7:38 pm EDT (2238 GMT) Friday. Launch preparations are proceeding smoothly with no major issues reported.
