MISSION CONTROL CENTER (Korolev), August 9 (RIA Novosti) - NASA has decided to land the space shuttle Discovery at California's Edwards Air Force Base at 4:12 p.m. Moscow time.
Shuttle commander Eileen Collins will order the crew to brake and leave orbit at 3:06 Moscow time, making the landing operation irreversible, a NASA expert said.
