NASA Wallops moved back the Antares rocket launch (again). Here's why.
UPDATE:NASA Wallops first rocket launch of 2020 a success
Friday's planned NASA Wallops rocket launch was again pushed back after a scrubbed launch Sunday.
"Due to high upper level winds, we are standing down from today's launch attempt of Northrop Grumman's CRS-13 mission to the International Space Station," NASA Wallops Flight Facility posted to Facebook.
Liftoff of the Antares rocket and Cygnus craft is now scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15, at 3:21 p.m.
Sunday's planned launch was aborted at less than three minutes to liftoff due to "off-nominal data from the ground support equipment." The launch was rescheduled for Thursday, then moved to Friday.

NASA Wallops joked on Twitter about the Valentine's Day launch being rescheduled: "Rocket, check. Chocolate, check. Upper level winds? Unfortunately, check."
