Delta 4 Heavy before DSP-23 launch (ULA) The launch of a classified satellite on a Delta 4 Heavy scheduled for later this month has been postponed until at least January. The delta 4 Heavy was scheduled to launch on December 16, carrying a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Office.
