Taurus 2 illustration (OSC) A new building designed to support upcoming launches of medium-class launch vehicles opened this week at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The Horizontal Integration Facility (HIF), formally dedicated on Tuesday, will be used to prepare Taurus 2 rockets developed by Orbital Sciences Corporation, which will then be rolled out and erected on the pad at Wallops for launch.
