Soyuz returns three ISS crewmembers to Earth

Soyuz TMA-13M landing (NASA) A Soyuz spacecraft carrying International Space Station crewmembers from Germany, Russia, and the United States undocked from the ISS and landed late Sunday. The Soyuz TMA-13M spacecraft undocked from the station's Rassvet module at 7:31 pm EST Sunday (0031 GMT Monday) and, after a deorbit burn, landed in Kazakhstan at 10:58 pm EST Sunday (0358 GMT, 9:58 am local time Monday). On board the Soyuz was Roscosmos cosmonaut Max Suraev, the commander of the Expedition 41 crew; ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst, and NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman. The three completed a 165-day mission on the ISS. One American and two Russians are currently on the station, with a new three-person crew scheduled for launch on November 23.
