Starship lunar lander (SpaceX) A federal court ruled against Blue Origin in its suit against NASA on the Human Landing System program. The judge in the Court of Federal Claims dismissed the case Blue Origin filed in August, seeking to overturn NASA's award of a single HLS contract to SpaceX to develop a lunar lander for the Artemis program. The details of the case remain under seal, although the judge requested the parties to submit what they would like redacted from a public version in two weeks. NASA said it plans to resume work with SpaceX on its HLS award "as soon as possible." Blue Origin indicated it will not pursue an appeal, with company founder Jeff Bezos tweeting that while he was disappointed with the outcome, "we respect the court’s judgment, and wish full success for NASA and SpaceX on the contract."
