Posted: Sat, Apr 20, 2024, 10:19 AM ET (1419 GMT)
SpaceX set two records with a Falcon 9 launch of Starlink satellites April 12. A Falcon 9 lifted off from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral at 9:40 pm EDT (0140 GMT April 13), deploying 23 Starlink satellites into Earth orbit. The launch was the 20th for that booster, B1062, a record for the most flights of a single Falcon 9 booster. The launch took place 68 hours after the previous launch from that pad, a new record for shortest pad turnaround time.
