An Atlas 5 lifted off Tuesday morning on the rocket's final national security launch. The Atlas 5 551 lifted off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, at 6:45 am EDT. The mission, designated USSF-51, carried a classified payload to geostationary orbit, with the Space Force confirming mission success about seven hours after liftoff.
