Space tourist Olsen begins training

Olsen, Gregory (Space Adventures) Gregory Olsen, the American businessman who plans to be the third commercial space tourist, started his training for his flight to the International Space Station this week. Olsen started the first phase of cosmonaut training at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia. This phase of the training will focus on "theoretical studies" as well as Russian language lessons. Olsen, head of technology company Sensors Unlimited, is scheduled to fly to the station on a Soyuz taxi flight in April 2005.
