EU and ESA sign partnership agreement

ESA An agreement between the EU and ESA signed Tuesday marked a "fresh start" between the two organizations. The Financial Framework Partnership Agreement governs cooperation between the EU and ESA on programs like Copernicus and Galileo. Officials with both organizations said the agreement was the beginning of a new, and more cooperative, phase in their relationship after tensions in recent years.
